    1. What is TriPass?
      Affordable top up package to access internet all day + Internet Roaming (Australia & Europe)
       
    2. How to activate TriPass?
      Dial *123# and choose Internet then choose Harian.
      Thru BimaTri apps, free download at bimatri.co.id or App Store/BB
      World/Play Store in your smartphone.
       
    3. Does TriPass service lengthen validity period?
      No. Your card’s existing validity period will apply.
       
    4. How to check TriPass quota balance?
      By calling 3Care in 123. You will receive SMS notification when your 3GB quota almost runs out and totally consumed.
       
    5. Will there be a notification SMS that inform customer when the 3GB quota almost run out?
      Yes. We will send a notification SMS when your 3GB quota almost runs out and consumed.
       
    6. What if I use Kuota++ and then I activate TriPass?
      The quota from TriPass (3 Days 3GB) will be consumed first.
       
    7. Who can use TriPass?
      All prepaid customer with any kinds of starter pack can enjoy this service.
       
    8. Can postpaid customer enjoy TriPass?
      No, cannot. This service is only available for prepaid customer.
       
    9. When will TriPass service ends?
      The service’s validity period will end 3 days after the activation at 00.00 WIB (12 PM).
       
    10. What if the 3GB internet service ends and left remaining quota?
      The rest of the quota will be forfeited.
       
    11. What will happen if I activate TriPass more than once but I haven’t finished the 3GB quota of the previous package?
      The 3GB quota can only be activated once (not cumulative).
       
    12. What will happen if I have Kuota++ Kenyang Download and then I activate Daily Internet 3GB?
      TriPass Quota will be consumed first including during the midnignt internet (12 PM – 6 AM). This also applies for NetMax Package.
       
    13. Does the service automatically renewed?
      No. It will not be renewed automatically.
       
    14. What will happen if I use the Daily Internet 500MB and buy TriPass service?
      Quota will not be added. Daily Internet 500MB will be consumed first.

    2. All roaming balance will be reset on 00:00 WIB.
       
    3. Quality and speed access depend on the capacity of service (2G/3G) provided by Tri roaming partners.
       
    4. How is the priority of package usage if I use Internet Roaming Australia & Europe and Internet Roaming?
      Internet Roaming has the highest priority in the country and roaming partner that has been listed. Internet Roaming Australia and Europe can be used in listed roaming partner in Australia, Austria, Denmark, England, Ireland, Italy and Sweden if the customer doesn’t use Internet Roaming Package IDR 125K at the same time.
       
    5. How is the priority of package usage if I use Internet Roaming Australia & Europe and WhatsApp Roaming?
      For WhatsApp usage, WhatsApp Roaming Package has the highest priority in the listed countries and roaming partners. Internet Roaming Package Australia & Europe will apply for internet access other than WhatsApp.
       
    6. What if I go to more than one country that has listed roaming partner? Does the package still apply?
      Correct. Package will still apply and can be used in country that has listed roaming partner if quota still available.
       
    7. What if I use Internet Roaming in the network other than listed roaming partner?
      Internet Roaming Package cannot be used. Roaming partner network will be set automatically by our system. If unintentional shift happened, please shift manually to Tri roaming partner network. And this package is only applied in appointed country.
       
    8. What if I use Internet Roaming Package in the country that doesn’t have roaming partner promo?
      Internet Roaming Package is not available and cannot be used. Using roaming partner network that exclude in the roaming partner list will be charged with basic tariff IDR 330/kb (minimum usage 100kb/operator/day).
       
    9. What if customer is already abroad and the validity period of Internet Roaming Australia and Europe Package is over, can customer re-register to the package?
      Absolutely, Internet Roaming Australia and Europe Package is now available in two options with affordable price
      1. Internet Roaming Australia and Europe Package 5 days
      2. Internet Roaming Australia and Europe Package 10 days
