  • Every TRI customer conducting transactions via BCA Mobile, Klik BCA, ATM BCA will get an instant surprise of credit Rp 100.000,- for every Top Up Voucher minimum Rp 100.000,-
     

    Promo period 1 to 28 February 2017

    • “Extra Credit” applies for calls to all operators within hours 00:00 to 17:00, in accordance with the conditions and the availability of network services in each region
    • “Extra Credit” will be given a maximum of 2x24 hours from the transaction
    • “Extra Credit” do not add validity period from the Tri SIM card
    • Promo is valid only from 1 - 28 February 2017
    • Promo is valid only for BCA customers who conduct Top up transaction via BCA Mobile, Klik BCA, ATM BCA
    1. When “Extra Credit” Promo period last?
      The program occurs on 1- 28 February 2017.
       
    2. Program Mechanism:
      Giving extra credit Rp. 100,000, - for call anynet (valid for 7 days) for every purchase of Tri credit:
      • Rp. 100.000,-
      • Rp. 150.000,-
      • Rp. 300.000,-
      • Rp. 500.000,-
         
    3. Is there a limit purchase / top up voucher for customers??
      There are no maximum limit purchases / top up voucher.
       
    4. Does the “Extra Credit” can be transferred and can be used to contact other operators?
      Extra Credit cannot be transferred but can be used to contact other operators.
       
    5. Is the “Extra Credit” used to purchase a data package?
      Extra Credit cannot be used for data usage. It can be used for telephone service from 00.00 to 17.00 to all operators.
       
    6. Is the “Extra Credit” has time constraints usage?
      Extra Credit is valid for 7 days from its given.
       
    7. Berapa lama tambahan pulsa akan diterima pelanggan/nasabah?
      Tambahan pulsa akan diterima pelanggan/nasabah maximum 2x24 jam setelah transaksi berhasil.

      Khusus untuk customer yg melakukan TOP UP belum di jaringan online melainkan offline:
      Transaksi Hari Jum’at -> akan menerima Kejutan di hari senin
      Transaksi Hari Sabtu & Minggu -> akan menerima ekstra di hari selasa
       

    8. Apakah ada sms notifikasi / pemberitahuan bahwa transaksi berhasil dan nasabah mendapatkan ekstra pulsa?
      Iya, customer akan menerima SMS notifikasi yang di sertai dgn masa berlaku ekstra pulsa.
       
    9. Bagaimana cara pelanggan / nasabah untuk melakukan cek ekstra pulsa?
      Ekstra pulsa bisa dicek dengan cara BIMATRI.
       
    10. Jika pelanggan berhasil mengisi ulang tetapi ekstra pulsa tidak diterima, nasabah ke 3Store atau dapat menghubungi ke nomor telepon berikut ini?
