    1. What is PakeTri Horas?
      PakeTri Horas is top up data quota combined with free all day calling minutes. There are 2 variants inside PaketTri Horas:
      • PakeTri Horas 2GB – total data quota 2GB
        1. 1,5GB regular quota applies nationally
        2. 0,5GB quota applies only in North Sumatera
        3. 10 days TTM
      • PakeTri Horas 4GB – total data quota 4GB
        1. 3GB regular kuota applies nationally
        2. 1GB applies only in North Sumatera
        3. 20 days TTM
         
    2. What if data quota North Sumatera is being used outside North Sumatera?
      Ekstra quota cannot be used outside North Sumatera area.

    3. How to check ekstra quota?
      You can check ekstra quota by accessing it via BimaTri. (You could see it on BimaTri from November 12th, 2015)
       
    4. How to check TTM validity period?
      Please contact 123 from your Tri number.
       
    5. Does PakeTri Horas extend validity period?
      PakeTri Horas will extend the validity period for 1 day.
       
    6. When can I use Kuota++?
      Kuota++ can be used as long as your card is valid.
       
    7. Do all variants of starter packs can be recharged with PakeTri Horas?
      All prepaid starter packs can be topped up with PakeTri Horas.
       
    8. If I still have an active TTM, what will happen if I top up with  PakeTri Horas 2GB/4G at the same time?
      Validity period extends 10 days longer for PakeTri Horas 2GB and 20 days longer for PakeTri Horas 4GB.
       
    9. If at the first day of the month I bought PakeTri Horas 2GB, and then on second day I bought another PakeTri Horas 2GB, until when will my TTM service valid?

      Your TTM will be valid until the 11th day.
       

    10. If at the first day of the month I bought PakeTri Horas 2GB, and then on second day I bought PakeTri Horas 4GB, until when will my TTM service valid?

      Your TTM will be valid until the 21st day.
       

    11. If at the first day of the month I bought PakeTri Horas 4GB, and then on second day I bought PakeTri Horas 2GB, when will my TTM service valid?

      Your TTM will be valid until the 20th day.
       

    12. What If at the first day of the month I bought PakeTri Horas 2GB, and then on second day I bought daily TTM service?

      You will fail to use daily TTM because the existing TTM ekstra still valid until the 10th day.
       

    13. IF the card is in suspend condition and topped up with PakeTri Horas which 1 day extend validity period, then how the ekstra that I get, is it still usable ?

      TTM ekstra will be suspended until the card is active then you could have the ekstra TTM.
       

    14. How if after activating TTM package the balance goes to zero (0), is the customer could use it to make a call with TTM ?

      Yes it is, you can still use it as long make a call to fellow Tri numbers.
