1. What is Perdana JUMBO?
JUMBO is a SIM card with LARGE quota, HUGE credit, and LONG Internet’s validity period.
2. What are the benefits of Perdana JUMBO?
With only Rp 20,000, you will get:
- Quota: 600 MB (100 MB regular + 500 MB Kenyang Download)
- Main Credit: Rp. 15,000
- Long validity period: 90 days (validity period of the card is the same as Internet validity period).
3. How to get Perdana JUMBO?
Perdana JUMBO is available at Tri outlets.
4. What happens if Perdana JUMBO is topped up with Kuota++?
The quota will be added up to the remaining quota. The validity period of Kuota++ will follow the remaining validity period of Perdana JUMBO card.
5. What happens if Perdana JUMBO is topped up with Regular Kuota?
The quota will be accumulated, and the card’s validity period will be extended from the previous period.
On the day that JUMBO is activated, if you top it up with regular quota of 1 GB (30 days), you will have 1.1 GB (regular) + 500 MB (night) quota for 120 days. The card and the Internet will be valid for 120 days.
6. What happens if the quota runs out, will I be charged with normal GPRS tariff?
If the quota runs out, you will still be able to access the applications and popular sites freely. But when you access other applications and sites, you will be switched to the page that suggests you to top up the quota.
Subscribers will never be charged with normal GPRS tariff, even if the quota runs out.7. What about the validity period of my card?The validity period of my card is the same as the Internet’s validity period, and vice versa.8. If my card is entering grace period, what happens if I top it up?The Internet’s validity period will be extended from the date of the top-up. The extension is based on the number of days from the top-up voucher. For example, if today is 5 September (grace period), and you top up with Rp 10,000 voucher, then the validity period of your card/Internet service will be extended until 15 September (5 September + 10 days) so that the remaining quota/credit will not expire.9. After I do top-up, will the Internet validity period be extended even if I haven’t got an Internet package?Yes. But to access the Internet, you only need to buy Kuota++/Internet Package (with validity period).10. Will any subscriber get 50MB extra?
Subscribers who activate their AlwaysOn SIM card after 17 April 2015 will not get 50MB/month extra. The extra is only available for AlwaysOn top-up through USSD:

12. Who is entitled to enjoy free access to 11 popular sites without being charged with regular quota?
AlwaysOn subscribers of 1, 6 and 12 months who had activated and/or topped up before 1 August 2015, still can enjoy access to the above popular sites and applications with quota up to 5 MB/day (Facebook, Twitter, BBM, Google, Detik, Kaskus, Klikbca, Kompas, OLX, Vivanews and Okezone), without being charged with regular quota. And after exceeding the 5 MB/day, it will be charged with regular quota. This feature is valid until 1,6 or 12 months based on last activation or top up before August 1, 2015 (depends on AlwaysOn service type used)
13. When accessing 11 popular sites using quota 5 MB/day, will it be charged with regular quota ?
No. After exceeding quota 5 MB/day, it will be charged with regular quota
14. What happens if after using quota 5 MB/day to access 11 popular sites and application the regular quota has run out ?
Consumer will not be able to access 11 popular sites and application and need to top up with regular quota
