  • PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia (“H3I”), provides a bima+ mobile application (the "App" and collectively with all services provided through the App (the "Services") that allows user to access information and content through the App installed in user's smartphone or tablet’s ("Information"). Information is defined as the user profile, H3I’s products, contents and User Information (as defined below). Certain features of the Services, may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Service in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into this T&C.

    T&C sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Services. These terms of use are subject to change, from time to time, we will advise you of changes to these terms by posting the updated terms on H3I website. By accessing or using the H3I website or Services, you are accepting this T&C.

    ACCOUNTS

    1.    In order to use certain features of the App (e.g., to use the Services), you must use your H3I number and connect to H3I network. The App will provide an authentication code to the User’s number.

    2.    H3I allows users to login on multiple devices, however the user will be fully responsible for any misconduct that occur during the use of the App. H3I has the right to suspend his or her account, if there is an indication found by H3I for any misuse or abusive usage of the Service.

    INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY; SUSPENSION

    1.    The intellectual property and mobile application of App belongs to H3I.

    2.    H3I reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any part thereof with or without notice. You agree that H3I will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of Services or any part thereof.

    3.    You acknowledge that all the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the Services are owned by H3I or H3I’s licensors.

     USER INFORMATION

    1.    "User Information" means any and all information that a user/you submits to, or uses with, the Services (e.g., content in the user's profile). You are responsible for your User Information. Together with all risks associated with use of your User Information, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness by others, or any disclosure of your User Information that makes you or any third party personally identifiable. You hereby represent and warrant that your User Information does not violate the Acceptable Use Policy (defined below). You may not state or imply that your User Information is in any way provided, sponsored or endorsed by H3I. You will be fully responsible for your User Information, you may expose yourself to liability if, for example, your User Information violates the Acceptable Use Policy. H3I is not obligated to backup any User Information and User Information may be deleted in accordance with prevailing regulations for maintenance purpose.

     

    2.    Acceptable Use Policy. The following sets forth H3I "Acceptable Use Policy": (a) You agree not to use the Services to collect, upload, transmit, display, or distribute any User Information (i) that violates any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; (ii) that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, tortious, threatening, harmful, invasive of another's privacy, vulgar, defamatory, false, intentionally misleading, pornographic, obscene, patently offensive, promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual or is otherwise objectionable; (iii) that is harmful to minors in any way; or (iv) that is in violation of any law, regulation, or obligations or restrictions imposed by any third party. (b) In addition, you agree not to use the Services to: (i) upload, transmit, or distribute any computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data; (ii) send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages, whether commercial or otherwise; (iii) harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other users, including e-mail addresses, without their consent; (iv) interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on servers or networks connected to the Services, abusing the package or network or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks; (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other computer systems or networks connected to or used together with the Services, through password mining or other means; (vi) harass or interfere with another user's use and enjoyment of the Services; or (vii) introduce software or automated agents or scripts to the Services so as to produce multiple accounts, generate automated searches, requests and queries, or to strip, scrape, or mine data from the Services (except that we grant the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use any third party application to copy materials from the Site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials).

     

    3.    Other Users. Each user is solely responsible for any and all of its User Information. Because we do not control User Information, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any User Information and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, currency, suitability, or quality of any User Information, and we assume no responsibility for any User Information. Your interactions with other Service users are solely between you and such user. You agree that H3I will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such interactions. If there is a dispute between you and any Site or Service user, we are under no obligation to become involved.

     

    4.    Release. User hereby release and forever discharge H3I (including but not limited to our officers, employees, directors, subsidiaries, agents, successors, and assigns) from, and hereby waive and relinquish, each and every past, present and future dispute, claim, controversy, demand, right, obligation, liability, action and cause of action of every kind and nature (including personal injuries, death, and property damage), that has arisen or arises directly or indirectly out of, or relates directly or indirectly to, any interactions with, or act or omission of, other Site or Service users or Advertisements and Third Party Sites.

     

    5.    Considering that the App may contain advertisement and or link to third party supplier, H3I shall not be held responsible for any damage, virus or loss due to content change, any materials offered by third party, crime, violation or malfunction of the Services due to the use of Service or access made by the User.

     

    6.    User will responsible to take care of their own device while installing the Apps or any other software and also ensure to comply with any prevailing laws and regulation related to the use of software. Users also responsible to keep their content information secure and to backup and update their devices.

     

    7.    The User agrees that User Information that have been provided during the use of the Service can be used by H3I, H3I’s affiliated companies, agents, vendors, contractors and banks for processing any payment instructions (if applicable) for the purpose of the Services, App, installation and provision of the related telecommunications service, payment, settlement and customer services. H3I may, directly or through its affiliates companies, agents and/or business partners use User Information for direct marketing of the Services and related telecommunication value-added service and/or product provided by H3I and its affiliated companies, vendors, contractors and business partner with other related products.

     

    8.    H3I may collect the User’s identity information, contact information, email address and phone number and other information that may be required for the performance of the Service. User hereby consents the collection, processing, storage, analysis, disclosure, routing and distribution of such information and User Information in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.

     

    This T&C is duly organized under the laws of Republic of Indonesia. Subject to this section, T&C will remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We may (a) suspend your rights to use the Services (including your H3I Account) or (b) terminate this T&C, at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, including for any use of the Services in violation of this T&C. Upon termination of this T&C, your H3I Account and the right to access and use the Services will terminate immediately. You understand that any termination of your H3I Account involves deletion of your User Information associated therewith from our databases. H3I will not have any liability whatsoever to you for any termination of this T&C, including for termination of your H3I Account or deletion of your User Information.

    Untuk sementara kamu bisa menggunakan kedua aplikasi secara bersamaan.

     

    Bagaimana cara mendapatkan Penawaran Special Harian dari bima+?

    Kamu bisa mendapatkan penawaran special yang berbeda-beda setiap hari dengan cara menggoyangkan smartphone beberapa kali.

     

    Bentuk hiburan apa saja yang tersedia di bima+?

    Fitur ini tersedia hanya untuk sesama pengguna aplikasi bima+, klik icon di sebelah kanan atas dan kamu akan mengetahui teman-teman kamu yang juga memiliki aplikasi bima+

     

    Apakah yang di maksud dengan fitur “Kasih tahu teman!”?

    Untuk setiap transaksi yang kamu lakukan di bima+, kamu bisa share ke Facebook dan Twitter kamu.

     

    Apakah bima+ tersedia untuk semua smartphone?

    Saat ini aplikasi bima+ hanya tersedia untuk smartphone berbasis Android

     

    Bagaimana cara mendownload aplikasi bima+?

    bima+ bisa di download langsung dari smartphone Android kamu melalui Google Play.

     

    Di menu mana kita bisa mengecek Notifikasi?

    Kamu bisa klik di icon sebelah kiri atas, lalu klik menu Notifikasi.

     

    Apakah notifikasi-notifikasi tersebut bisa di hapus?

    Ya. Kamu bisa menghapus notifikasi tersebut langsung dari aplikasi bima+ kamu dengan cara geser (swap) ke kiri.

     

    Apakah saya bisa membeli pulsa dan atau paket menggunakan kartu kredit di aplikasi bima+ tersebut?

    Bisa. Saat ini kamu bisa membeli pulsa dan paket lainnya menggunakan kartu kredit dan kartu debit berlogo visa/master dan juga menggunakan internet banking.

     

    Apakah semua kartu debit bisa digunakan untuk membeli pulsa dan atau paket?

    Untuk saat ini tidak semua bank membuka layanan transaksi online menggunakan kartu debit, disarankan agar pelanggan Tri melakukan pengecekan ke bank masing-masing.

     

    Kartu Debit dari bank mana saja yang sudah bisa ber-transaksi online?

    Transaksi online di bima+ berlaku untuk Kartu Debit dari Bank Mandiri, BNI dan CIMB Niaga.

     

    Bagaimana agar Kartu Debit saya bisa digunakan untuk transaksi online?

    Tergantung dari kebijakan masing-masing Bank. Pelanggan Tri disarankan untuk menghubungi pihak Bank.

     

    Bagaimana cara bertransaksi online di bima+ menggunakan Kartu Debit berlogo Visa/Master?

    Setelah memilih paket/pulsa, kamu dapat memilih metode pembayaran "Credit/Debit Visa/Master", dan ikuti langkah selanjutnya.

     

    Bagaimana jika transaksi pembelian kuota atau pulsa menggunakan internet banking dinyatakan berhasil tapi kuota atau pulsa belum bertambah atau belum terkirim?

    Jika transaksi berhasil, kamu akan mendapatkan SMS notifikasi. Dan kamu bisa melakukan pengecekan di profil kartu Tri kamu melalui bima+ ataupun melalui *123#. Namun bila quota atau pulsa kamu belum bertambah atau belum terkirim, maka silakan menghubungi 3Care di 123 dari kartu Tri kamu.

     

    Apakah layanan bima+ bisa digunakan di luar negeri?

    Bisa, dan berlaku tarif gprs roaming. Untuk info lebih lengkapnya, silakan menghubungi 3Care di 123 dari kartu Tri kamu.
