    1. Download applications, games, themes and other digital contents from your Samsung smartphone in Samsung Store, with Tri credits.
    2. Purchasing content from Samsung smartphone can be done by both prepaid and postpaid customers.
    3. Here are the purchase limit with Tri credits:
      • Minimum spending per transaction is IDR 1.000
      • Maximum spending per transaction is IDR 500.000
      • Maximum transaction per day is IDR 1.000.000
      • Maximum transaction per month is IDR 5.000.000
    4. The price displayed on each content includes 10% VAT.
    5. Content purchasing cannot be done with WiFi connection/network.
    6. Purchasing cannot be done when handheld is in Airplane Mode.
    7. In Apps or Virtual Items in Samsung Store cannot be purchased with Tri Credits.
    8. Terms and conditions apply to all content purchasing transactions that are done in Samsung Store.
    9. Tri serves the rights to eliminate the ability of purchasing with Tri credits without prior notification.
    10. Tri serves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notification.
    1. How can I make a purchase of digital contents in Samsung Store?
      With this service, you can pay directly with Tri credits. The price displayed on each content includes 10% VAT.
       
    2. What should I do if I can’t process my purchase in Samsung Store?
      To make a purchase with Tri credits, you have to register your Samsung account and make sure that your balance is sufficient to buy the desirable item. If you still cannot make a purchase after your Samsung account had registered, restart your phone and repeat the purchase transaction.
       
    3. Can I make a purchase of games of other apps using Wifi connection?
      You cannot use WiFi connection for any transaction that deducting Tri credits. Make sure that you enable your internet quota and data access on your phone.
       
    4. Can I make a purchase if my credit balance is not sufficient?
      No you cannot. If you make a purchase with insufficient credit, a purchase error notification will appear.
       
    5. What is the minimum or maximum limit of the purchase transaction?

    6. Can all Tri customers make a purchase with Tri credits?

    7. Can I make a purchase when my phone is on airplane mode?
      No. Airplane Mode must be deactivated to make a purchase.
       
    8. Can purchase In App or Virtual items?
      For now, In Apps or Virtual items are unavailable for purchasing with Tri credits.
       
    9. What should I do if error notification “Payment request declined by payment gateway” appear?
      Please check if credit is sufficient and accordingly with minimum and maximum transaction policy. If no policy is violated, restart your phone and retry the transaction.
       
    10. Will I receive confirmation that my purchasing transaction is succeed?
      You will receive an email of Samsung purchasing receipt that will inform you that the transaction is succeed.
       
    11. Can I see my purchasing history?
      Yes, click Galaxy Apps > More > My Apps > ReceiptReceipt
